Overview

A point-to-point hike of around 4 miles on a basically flat rail-trail into a historic mill town. Meet at 9:45 am for car spot at parking lot for Rockville Superior Court. Dogs welcome. Rain, snow or extreme cold cancel. Lunch afterwards at Reins Deli if there is interest. RSVP TO LEADER BY PHONE TO LANDLINE as hike will be cancelled if no RSVPs are received by 9 pm the night before. Take I-84 to Exit 67, take Rte. 31 north to end, take left onto Rte. 74 and quick left onto Brooklyn St, follow to courthouse on left (address is 69 Brooklyn St) and park in parking lot to left of the building.
