A point-to-point hike of around 4 miles on a paved, but hilly, multiuse path. While much of path is near highway, there are impressive stream views at points. Meet for car spot at 9:30 am at Charter Oak Park in Manchester (50 Charter Oak Street). Dogs welcome. Rain cancels. Lunch afterwards at Shady Glen if there is interest. Take I-384 to Exit 3 and turn right and then a relatively quick right into park parking lot (if going westbound) or stay in lane as exit ramp joins Main St, turn right at light and proceed to park parking on right just after westbound ramp (if going eastbound).
