Join an extraordinary Nordic ski trip to the Seefeld Plateau near
Innsbruck, the site of the 1964 and 1976 Winter Olympics. There are 279
km of meticulously groomed XC trails, about half tracked for classic
skiing and the other half for skate skiing. The trails take you through
fields and hamlets with stunning views of the surrounding white-capped
mountains. 15-30km daily intermediate-advanced Nordic ski expeditions
guided by the trip's leader. We will be staying at a luxurious four star
hotel close to the trail system that also provides us with excellent
breakfasts and dinners. We will adjust to European time with a visit to
Salzburg, a UNESCO heritage site. This includes a privately guided city
tour, visitation of cultural sites, and descent into a salt mine (the
"Salz" in Salzburg) that has been quarried for over 900 years.
Breakfasts, dinners, lodging, ski passes, and local transportation
included. The prospectus link below contains complete information
including, on page two, a link to a five-minute video from the 2016 trip
which explored Innsbruck before the XC skiing began. Caution: watching
this video may generate an overwhelming compulsion to sign up
